I started ball stretching after starting to restore my foreskin. So now I;m curious - how many guys on here are doing restoration as well? I'm also doing PE exercises 5 days/week so I guess I'm doing a full-on renovation down there,.

I'm on week 15 of foreskin using the DTR in weight mode - 18.7 oz. And about a 1.5 years of ball stretching ( with only one teste). I restarted web stretching about a week ago when summer got here (Albuquerque, NM, USA) and my hang dropped all the way and web started to re-appear. Gee, we are running out of places to hang stuff .

I know! I'm putting a fair amount of work into my co*ck and balls and it feels borderline obsessive but... at least I'm having fun!

Looking forward to looking back six months or a year from now at my newbie pics and seeing definite progressForeskin restoration (1)

As long as you can keep the turkey neck from getting tight they don't interfere with each other.
I do my variation of Jarod's #6 manual stretch daily.
The only problem I have had is the DTR ( weighted mode ) and WMCs smacking together with my foreskin in between. tends to get my attention
(Full summer is here, hang is about an inch lower than avatar most of the time.)

Note that I wear kilts - with pants the smacking together won't happen if each is down it's own leg...

It's just an old cloth belt and some foam pipe insulation. It also pulls real hard on the top foreskin where I am shortest. I had already stretched out my web - then I started the restoration project - so I am at it again. You will note it sucks the hang up also -- both ends want this webbing and don't share well

Seagame, your glans being exposed will thicken the skin ( called keritinization) and reduce their sensitivity. Just so you know.

I have had a different experience with foreskin. I was not circumcised at birth. I grew up and got marrried. The foreskin was a problem for me. When I was having sex, the head of the penis just slipped into and out of the foreskin. It did not provide any friction for my wife. So for a number of years I taped the skin at the bottom of the penis down as far as I could. This gave the effect of being circumcised and felt great. When I was 28 years old I decided to get circumcised. I did, and sex was much better after. Yes it gets a little less sensitive, but that is a great bonus for me. I could last much longer at sex, and my wife loved it.
This is an unusual story, as most of you guys are trying to get back what was cut off after birth. I guess after all these years the surgen did a very good job of it. He left just enough foreskin to slightly cover the head when flacid, and nothing left when erect. This seems to me to be the best of all worlds. I have had it both ways as an adult, and much perfer the circumcision. On the other hand, as I had forskin until 28 years old, maybe it did not lose it's sensivity like it would if done at birth.

I have given up the foreskin restoration process. I wasn't seeing any gains and found this to be more of a hassle than enjoyment like I do with ball stretching

I'm glad I started restoring a few years ago. it does take dedication and time, but for me the results were worth the effort. also really enjoying ballstretching too. has restoring helped my stetching? has stretching affected the benefits of my restoring? not sure, but having loose skin on my shaft and sack is nice.

as mentioned above, my wife also prefers the feeling of my corona without foreskin. wearing a WMC or USSR is all I need to prevent any skin movement on my shaft. seems like a great solution to me

Foreskin restoration (2024)

FAQs

Foreskin restoration? ›

Foreskin restoration is a process that reverses a circumcision. You won't get your old foreskin back. But you can stretch penile skin over time to create a new foreskin or surgically attach skin from another area of your body to your penis.

Can you restore foreskin? ›

Is it possible? Foreskin restoration is possible through a variety of surgical and nonsurgical techniques. However, a person should note that foreskin restoration does not restore the original foreskin. Instead, these techniques aim to produce a layer of skin around the head of the penis to mimic a foreskin.

How can I fix my foreskin without surgery? ›

Another effective alternate cure for phimosis is topical corticosteroids in the form of creams, ointments, or gels. Using these steroid creams for phimosis about 6-8 weeks improves the condition of phimosis in most cases. Topical steroids work by reducing the inflammation and loosening the foreskin.

How long does it take for foreskin to repair? ›

Foreskin cuts typically heal within a few days to a week, depending on the severity of the injury and how effective your treatment is. Minor cuts often heal more quickly, especially when you're practicing good hygiene and avoiding further skin irritation.

Can you train your foreskin back? ›

A boy as young as 3 can be taught to do this. If your son's foreskin can't be pulled all the way back by the time he reaches puberty, call your doctor or nurse advice line for advice. If you can't return the foreskin to its normal position, call your doctor or nurse advice line right away.

Is pulling back foreskin necessary? ›

Retraction of the foreskin should not be forced. This may cause pain and bleeding and can lead to scarring and adhesions (where skin is stuck to skin). As your son begins to toilet train, teach him how to retract his foreskin, this will get him used to this necessary step during urination.

Should I keep my foreskin permanently retracted? ›

Never leave your foreskin behind the head of your penis for any longer than you need to. If a catheter is put into your bladder, check afterward to be sure that your foreskin is covering the head of your penis.

Why can't I pull my foreskin back when erect? ›

What is phimosis? Phimosis (fie-MOH-sis) is a condition of the penis that occurs in some uncircumcised adults and children. If you have phimosis, you can't pull back (retract) the foreskin (prepuce). It may look like your penis has rings around the tip.

What happens if you never pull back foreskin? ›

Complications of a tight foreskin

Sometimes if the foreskin is very tight it can get stuck and cannot go back to its original position covering the end of the penis. The end of the penis can then become very swollen and painful. This is known as paraphimosis and it's a medical emergency.

In which age can foreskin be pulled back? ›

During childhood, the foreskin gradually starts to separate from the glans, so children can start to pull it back. But even at 10 years, the foreskin often can't be fully pulled back because the opening at the end is too tight. The foreskin might not fully separate from the glans until after puberty.

How much longer do circumcised guys last? ›

In line with consistent studies and review results, circumcision appears to have no correlation to Intravagin*l ejacul*tory Latency Time which is a clinically approved marker to assess Premature ejacul*tion. This clearly puts away the prospect of considering Circumcision as a cure for Premature ejacul*tion.

How far back can uncircumcised foreskin go? ›

How far back should the foreskin retract? Usually, you can retract your foreskin behind the ridge of your penis. You should move it far enough back while you're peeing to see the meatus (the hole where urine comes out).

How far back should foreskin go when erect? ›

In adulthood, the foreskin is normally loose enough to be fully retracted. In this case, the glans (including its root) should be fully exposed. During erection, the foreskin retracts by itself, exposing the entire glans or at least part of it.

Does foreskin increase pleasure? ›

Overall, uncircumcised men reported between 0.2 points and 0.4 points higher sensitivity and sexual pleasure when their penis's head - known as the glans - was stroked during arousal, compared to circumcised men.

How to restore foreskin at home? ›

Each method relies on manual tissue expansion to restore the foreskin. For example, you can stretch the penile skin yourself to give it more length over time. You can also use devices that are worn for several hours a day for several months to expand the penile skin until it can cover the glans.

What do hospitals do with foreskin after circumcision? ›

Their versatility means that they can be used to cultivate skin cells. Because of this, they're not tossed out with the rest of the medical waste after a birth. Instead, hospitals sell them to companies and institutions for a wide variety of uses. Companies will pay thousands of dollars for a single foreskin.

Can the foreskin go back naturally? ›

At birth, the foreskin is attached to the head of the penis (glans). It is attached by a layer of cells. Over time, the foreskin will separate from the head of the penis. This is a natural process and occurs over 5 to 10 years.

How do I get my foreskin back all the way? ›

Be gentle. Don't pull the foreskin back too hard, and stop pulling when it starts to hurt. Use a topical steroid cream to help massage and soften the foreskin so that it's easier to retract. A prescription ointment or cream with 0.05 percent clobetasol propionate (Temovate) is usually recommended for this.

What happens to leftover foreskin? ›

The usual procedure for managing the extracted foreskin is to dispose of it in the biological waste, but some studies have revealed the huge potential of foreskin cells as an important resource for medical research.

How can I heal my foreskin? ›

Treatment of foreskin problems

Inflammation – avoid irritants such as bubble bath lotion or harsh soaps. Wash gently under the foreskin. Nappy rash cream or hydrocortisone ointment may be recommended. Infection – the doctor may prescribe antifungal or anti-inflammatory creams, oral antibiotics and pain-killing drugs.
