I simply wanted to purchase a Harbor Freight Haulmaster # 62671 utility trailer. Easy right? Nope.
First, all the local Harbor Freight stores in my geographical area incorrectly post online that the trailer is in stock and available to purchase. The trailer is not in stock. The same goes for stores outside my state. When asked about the stock discrepancy, employees and managers simply shrug their shoulders and blame “Corporate” for the issue. In addition, they cannot predict when the trailers will be available again. So, why can’t the store managers simply call “Corporate” and ask when they will be resupplied with inventory? Crazy stuff!!! My complaints to Harbor Freight have not helped.

Harbor Freight Survey - Is this a scam

I recently received an online notification that Harbor Freight was conducting an online survey that might award me a free tool if I participated. Immediately after participating, the advertiser notified me that I could receive the tool if I’d pay for its shipping to me on the condition that I surrender online access to my credit card account. I refuse to surrender my credit card details to pay shipping on a prize for which I never competed. Had you offered to let me pick up the tool at my local Harbor Freight store, or otherwise accepted the required shipping charges via PayPal or Google or even the Harbor Freight credit card, I wouldn’t suspect that Harbor Freight’s management is willfully taking part in an online scam to rob me. Please advise me as to whether or not Harbor Freight sanctioned the Survey and subsequent Contest w/ award.

I got an email from Harbor Freight saying I was the lucky winner of a DeWalt Power Station!!!! IF I PAID $6.99 postage!!! Today I noticed $56.97 also taken from my account! This is a SCAM!!! When I called they kept telling me I could only GET A PERCENTAGE of my money back!!!! Until I told them I was married to a Police Officer, then they changed their story!!! I’m suppose to get Both Charges Credited to my Account!!! We’ll See!

I have tried to get a 170-piece tool set by answering questions in an email you sent me. Every time I enter my shipping info. it takes me to Google. I am 77 years old and a disabled Veteran I have bought many a product from Harbor Freight over the years. If this email I got is not real let me know thank you.

Harbor Freight has lost or possibly stolen an item that was supposed to be delivered. No one can get ahold of the 3rd party delivery company and I canceled it and I still can’t get my refund until it’s been returned. The driver was too scared to deliver it and we haven’t heard from them since and they have ignored our calls. I feel like no one is working on getting this resolved. I want my refund. I don’t want to involve attorneys to get them into this. Where is the motorcycle lift kit?
