What are the best seats to see a concert at Madison Square Garden? ›

For concerts, floor-level seats obviously offer the most immersive experience. Sections 1, 2, 3 and up into the other levels, such as sections 101-103, are also going to give you a head-on view of the stage. For a cheaper price tag with great views of the stage, consider sections 107 and 117.

Recently visited the "new" Madison Square Garden for a Rangers game and purchased seats in section 417. Purchased tickets online and paid $50+ per seat. Obviously, not the more expensive seats - but at no time was it stated that the view was obstructed. These were the worst seats I have ever purchased.
